Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time customer service representative with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client files and records
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Attend client sites as required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
