Job Overview:

TSC Construction LLC is seeking an Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for overseeing all procurement, shipping, receiving, and ordering activities related to telecommunications equipment and supplies. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Source and procure telecommunications equipment, materials, and supplies from approved vendors.
  • Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors to address issues, delays, or quality concerns.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable on telecommunication site builds.
Working Conditions:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of driving time.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: $75,000 per year
  • Standard working hours: 7am-4pm
