Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive salary reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee contract performance for our remote and on-site locations. As the primary interface with FAA program authorities and representatives, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and resolving technical and program issues. Your expertise in planning, developing, and executing technical, engineering, training, and administrative support efforts will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as overall manager and administrator for the contract effort across all remote and on-site locations.
  • Oversee contract performance and serve as the primary interface with FAA program authorities and representatives.
  • Perform contract duties by planning, developing, and executing technical, engineering, training, and programmatic support efforts.
  • Monitor and report progress in program milestones, track acquisition and deployment of program resources, and manage administrative aspects of the program.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of Contractor employees, including overseeing work assignments, leave, schedules, payroll records, and other administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience, with FAA experience preferred.
  • PMP Certification.
