Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bus Person to join our team. As a Bus Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and cleanliness in our dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist servers in providing exceptional service to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and equipment
  • Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dish room area
  • Deliver and refill beverages, pre-bus tables, and resolve guest requests
  • Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to established side-work checklist
  • Provide service to guests in waiter's absence as needed
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
