Job Overview
We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to our growing agency.

The position is hybrid-remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from various locations while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The successful candidate will manage personal lines accounts, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a designated portfolio of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and other personal insurance products.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries and providing outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Collaborating with underwriters and other insurance professionals to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing.
  • Conducting policy reviews and recommending necessary changes or additional coverage.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer the best advice and service to clients.
  • Assisting with claims management to ensure clients receive fair and timely settlements.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and services.
Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need the following:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • A current and valid insurance license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in insurance software systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Experience in a remote or hybrid-remote work environment is an asset.
