*New hire sign-on bonus of $2,100 available for this role.*

Hours: 24 hours per week

Shift: Day shift; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Responsibilities

This position reports to the Director, Manager, or designated representative. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, such as administering medications, educating patients and families, and performing procedures in line with organizational protocols and within the scope of practical nursing. Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and related software to manage patient information as necessary. Possess the knowledge and skills essential for delivering age-appropriate care to the patient population served.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly desirable.
  • Preferred: Six months or more of experience in a related healthcare setting.
  • Current LPN Licensure in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide a valid exemption for medical or personal reasons upon hiring.
Compensation

Pay Rate: USD $40.80 per hour.
