Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant/Leadership Rotational Candidate to join our Global Partnerships team at AEG. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior executives, perform research for sales and marketing teams, and coordinate meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Perform research for sales and marketing teams on brands being targeted for outreach opportunities.
  • Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, and reports.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Receive and distribute incoming communication and memos on behalf of senior staff.
  • Coordinate monthly team events, including dinners, outings, and volunteer days.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Lead the OVG GP Summer Internship Program.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
