About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cypress Healthcare Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description:
- Answer and direct phone calls to ensure prompt response to patients and clients
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Manage voicemails and respond to messages timely
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
