Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive insurance education and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
- Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.
Qualifications
- Licensing Requirements: You will need to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 100% Paid Licensing Assistance available.
- No prior insurance experience is necessary. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in industry, office, banking, or business-to-business service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
- A collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
