Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive insurance education and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.

Qualifications
  • Licensing Requirements: You will need to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 100% Paid Licensing Assistance available.
  • No prior insurance experience is necessary. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in industry, office, banking, or business-to-business service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
  • A collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
