About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Licensed Business Development Representative/Insurance Sales Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

You will work closely with our experienced agent to establish and meet marketing goals, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a strong work ethic. Your ability to adapt to new situations and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 + commission/bonus, 401k opportunity, valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement in our office.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $50,000, with opportunities for bonus and commission earnings based on performance.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
