Job Description

As a Commercial HVAC Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base in the Kansas City market.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial HVAC client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of HVAC change-outs and other services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
  • Commission expectations to exceed $50,000 annually.
