The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive team, manage office operations, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, President/COO, and other executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage office operations, including greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized office space.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and company functions, from planning to execution.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense reporting, and managing invoices or other financial documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts, both within and outside the organization, on behalf of the executives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar experience.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
