Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the CEO, President/COO, and other executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage office operations, including greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized office space.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and company functions, from planning to execution.
- Assist with budgeting, expense reporting, and managing invoices or other financial documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts, both within and outside the organization, on behalf of the executives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar experience.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
