Coinbase is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as software engineer interns and contribute to the development of next-generation cryptocurrency products and features.

This internship provides an opportunity to work on complex technical problems, bridge constraints between web-scale applications and blockchain technology, and build real-time systems with high frequency and low latency updates.

As a software engineer intern at Coinbase, you will be part of one of our five Product Groups (Base, Developer, Consumer, Institutional, or Platform) or our Security org, based on your interests and skill-set.

Job Description:
  • Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Programming experience in Golang, JavaScript, Ruby, or other languages.
  • Possess a passion for building experiences that users love and enjoy thinking about how people interact with products.
  • Self-motivated and committed to personal growth, approach problems with positive energy.
Additional Information:
  • Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), target bonus, and target equity.
