We are in search of a seasoned expert to guide our IT divisions through the evolution towards an Agile framework, enhancing processes and fostering organizational development.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the shift from traditional Waterfall practices to Agile methodologies
  • Develop and oversee the Agile delivery framework within the organization
  • Spearhead the Agile adoption strategy and change management initiatives
  • Implement process enhancements utilizing data-driven approaches and tools
  • Track and report on project outcomes and performance indicators
  • Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • CSM certification or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the Asset Management field is preferred
  • Expertise in Business/IT process analysis and transformation
  • Proven history of improving software development processes
  • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Familiarity with Agile Project Lifecycle Management tools such as Jira and Rally
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
