About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned curriculum developer to join our team of consultants. As a key member of our pool, you will contribute to the development of high-quality curriculum materials, resources, and assessments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging and standards-aligned curriculum content.
  • Resource Creation: Develop supplementary materials such as handouts, worksheets, and digital tools to support curriculum implementation.
  • Assessment Design: Create formative and summative assessments to measure student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Professional Learning: Develop training materials for educators on curriculum implementation and best practices, and facilitate training sessions in synchronous and asynchronous formats.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, assessment creation, and/or professional learning.
  • Strong understanding of educational standards and frameworks, content, and pedagogical knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in technology tools for curriculum development and collaboration; comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Benefits and Compensation

This is a competitive hourly rate position with flexible work arrangements and opportunities for project-based work. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated $85,000 per year salary, based on experience and qualifications.
