We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Director with Development Focus to lead our team in delivering next-generation technology and products in robotic and autonomous platforms, ground, soldier, and maritime systems. As a key member of QinetiQ US's Data and Technology Group (DTG), you will oversee the development and execution of overall program governance, policies, and operating procedures.

**Responsibilities**

As a Cybersecurity Project Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the supervision and personnel management of a team of 10 FTEs divided into Systems Development, Administrative and Operational Support, and IT SME/Project Management teams.
  • Providing direct program and individual project management support.
  • Monitoring standards, quality, and submission of all contractual deliverables.
  • Developing and executing overall program governance, policies, and operating procedures.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of program management experience, preferably in a PMO environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • PMI PMP Certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile development frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical audiences/stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is $145,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
