Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and maintaining both caregiver and client schedules to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers through phone and in-person interactions
  • Supporting the HR team with recruitment initiatives, onboarding, and compliance record-keeping
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver compliance and client information
  • Collaborating with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:
