Job Description

Lexington Christian Academy seeks a responsible and reliable individual to supervise the after-school study hall for 6th-8th graders. The Study Hall Coordinator will ensure a safe and productive environment for students to complete their homework assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during the 90-minute study hall session
  • Enforce study hall policies, including no cell phones, homework or quiet board games only, and no video/computer games
  • Communicate with the Front Desk to receive updates on parent arrivals and dismiss students in a timely manner
  • Keep records of student entries and exits, as well as any incidents that may arise
  • Provide guidance and support to students as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to engage with middle school-aged students

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, during school sessions

Compensation:

A stipend of $2,600 per trimester
