Position Overview:

We are excited to announce openings for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager at Reproductive Partners Medical Group, Inc., a premier fertility practice in Southern California.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily clinical operations at the facility level, collaborating with various departments including medical providers, laboratory teams, and administrative staff.
  • Provide direct supervision of clinical functions, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff by offering support and constructive feedback.
  • Address patient concerns with prompt clinical interventions, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Design, implement, and uphold workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Clinical Operations, Medical Directors, and other healthcare providers to enhance practice operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current and unrestricted state Registered Nurse license.
  • 1-2 years of experience in in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and management.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a nursing leadership position is preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annually
