Job Title: Workday Certified Data Conversion Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Data Conversion Consultant to join our team at Intecrowd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical consulting services to clients, leading them through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through release to production.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Workday technical consulting services, acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the systems development lifecycle.
  • Understand and resolve technical data conversion issues, communicating solutions to clients.
  • Train and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Assist clients in integrating Workday into their current business environments, providing input on best practices.
  • Lead data validation in Workday.
  • Advise clients on data conversion options, risks, and impacts.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate progress to clients and project managers.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve Workday solution delivery.
  • Share knowledge to improve implementation methodology.
  • Provide high-quality documentation consistent with documentation standards.
  • Maintain attention to detail.
  • Complete required Knowledge Bytes to maintain Workday certification.
Requirements:
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Quick learner, motivated to understand various technologies in the Workday ecosystem.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Workday certification and experience with data migration in HCM and/or Integrations.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, ASAP Utilities, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of implementations and upgrades.
  • Experience defining the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components for Data Migration/Conversion/Integration.
  • Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and Data Audits.

  • Comfortable or fluent in English.
  • Good English writing skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Friendly in-person demeanor.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with people in other time zones.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
  • ETL software experience with AWS, Informatica, Alteryx, Tableau, and MySQL.
  • Ability to run ad-hoc SQL requests.
  • Currently certified in Workday HCM, Payroll, or other functional areas.
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts with the ability to manipulate data.
  • Ability to align with constant change and contribute to improvements while aligning with the big picture.
  • 2+ years' experience in Workday Data Conversion/Migration HCM.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Experience with Workday data loading using iLoads, XML, Web Services, MS Excel, and EIBs is highly desired.
  • Experience with ERP data extraction: Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, ADP, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
