Job Summary

Join Kroenke Sports & Entertainment as a Conversion Crew member, responsible for transforming the arena floor setup for each event. This role involves performing a range of tasks, including laying flooring, moving and setting risers, and assisting with the installation of dasher boards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled work shifts and follow directions from supervisors and managers.
  • Work with a variety of tools and equipment.
  • Set up the basketball floor and glass for hockey events.
  • Change seating configurations for each event held in the bowl.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel for 2/3 of the time.
  • Sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach w/hands and arms, taste or smell, up to 1/3 of the time.
  • Talk or hear, up to 2/3 of the time.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs., up to 2/3 of the time; lift more than 50 lbs., up to 1/3 of the time.
  • Work in wet, humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, outdoor conditions, risk of shock, vibration, up to 1/3 of the time.
  • Use ladders up to 1/3 of the time.
  • Work in a moderate to very loud noise environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Six months conversion experience in a large, multi-use facility, preferred.
  • Knowledge of general conversion tasks, preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, preferred.
  • General heavy labor or building maintenance experience, including general carpentry skills and/or welding, highly preferred.
  • Experience with hand and power tools, highly preferred.
  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards, required.
