Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sophisticated nanoparticle formulations for preclinical studies.
- Utilize cutting-edge analytical techniques to characterize drug substances and nanoparticles.
- Drive innovation in conjugation chemistry and oversee collaborations with cross-functional teams and external contract research organizations.
Qualifications:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related disciplines, with 2-5+ years of experience in polymeric nanoparticle formulation development.
- Proven experience in sterile dosage form and process development, including micro-fluidization and tangential flow filtration.
- Expertise in HPLC method development, complemented by strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Adept at managing intricate projects and collaborating effectively across various teams in a dynamic environment.
