The primary focus of this position is to serve as a project leader on discovery programs, providing preclinical formulation support for initial safety and efficacy assessments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective formulation strategies, ensuring the successful transition of candidates into clinical development.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, or chemistry, with a proven track record in physicochemical characterization and drug delivery. Familiarity with analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, MS, DSC, TGA, DVS, PXRD, and dissolution is essential, as is experience with various milling techniques and particle size analysis.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with the role that physicochemical properties play in drug delivery and formulation design
- Experience with analytical approaches toward physicochemical characterization of pharmaceutical dosage forms
- Experience with various milling techniques and particle size analysis
