Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will work under the supervision of Medical Center professionals to provide patient care and administrative support in an inpatient or outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal care as needed for optimal recovery during hospitalization.
  • Perform basic nursing skills as delegated by an RN and in accordance with policy and procedure to promote patient health and wellness.
  • Provide for a safe environment and safe delivery of care.
  • Perform administrative support functions.
  • Maintain necessary skills and competencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • No experience required, but relevant experience is preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Aide certification (CNA) through the Virginia Board of Nursing.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification.
