About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Titan Pulse Mentor (TPM). As a TPM, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities

As a TPM, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing academic support and guidance to students, including helping them set and achieve academic goals.
  • Building relationships with students and fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with other TPMs and college staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Engaging in activities that promote student success, such as leading workshops and events.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be currently enrolled in six credits or more at Tacoma Community College.
  • Be in good academic standing with Tacoma Community College.
  • Have a proactive approach to embracing new challenges and acquiring new skills.
  • Be committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

What We Offer
