Job Title: Titan Pulse Mentor

Join Tacoma Community College as a Titan Pulse Mentor (TPM) and play a vital role in empowering students to succeed. As a TPM, you will serve as a peer leader, providing academic support, guidance, and mentorship to students. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
  • Develop and lead workshops and programs to promote student success and engagement.
  • Build relationships with students, staff, and faculty to create a positive and inclusive campus community.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other TPMs and college staff to promote student success and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in six credits or more at Tacoma Community College.
  • In good academic standing with Tacoma Community College.
  • A proactive approach to embracing new challenges, acquiring new skills, and adapting to changes.
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
