HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at MOI, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to HR-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the recruitment and hiring process, including scheduling interviews and submitting online skills assessment requests.
- Manage candidate pre-hire screening, including processing background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including conducting new hire orientations and check-ins for internal promotions and transfers.
- Assist with leave of absences, FMLA, and short-term disability, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Produce reports on general HR data as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining electronic personnel files and performing other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS/applicant tracking systems, including ADP Workforce Now.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 annually.

The work is performed in a general office environment, with standard office equipment available. Work is typically sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.
