Job Summary
Solvenow Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development of our transmission line projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including project initiation, engineering, material procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Schedule and Budget Management: Create and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of project scope.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources, including clients, third-party vendors, contractors, customers, and local agencies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and obstacles, ensuring the successful delivery of project scope.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and stakeholder functional procedures throughout all project phases.
- Travel: Travel to and from job sites and project meetings is expected to be approximately 10-20%.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited curriculum.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience, including 3 or more years of managing engineering or architectural projects.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contracts.
