Job Description

Everstory Partners is seeking a highly skilled Area Vice President of Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our area, ensuring that our locations are well-managed, and our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of General Managers to achieve sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives and drive business results.
  • Travel regularly to our locations to ensure they are well-managed and meet our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of direct sales and operations management experience, preferably in the cemetery industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving profitable sales growth and managing the dynamics of change.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain trust with all stakeholders.
