About Us:
Mras USA is a pioneer in the production and assembly of complex aerostructures. We leverage digital technologies and automation to design and manufacture innovative products. As a Capture Manager, you will contribute to our growth by identifying and managing project risks and opportunities. Your exceptional critical thinking and leadership skills will help us build mutually beneficial relationships with partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect relevant business and market intelligence pertinent to assigned capture projects
- Identify and manage assigned project risks and opportunities
- Conduct after-action reviews to document lessons learned and improve capture management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business Management discipline
- 5 years of experience in Business Development or Capture Management execution and management
- Knowledge of Commercial and USG contracts as well as related acquisition processes
- Ability to support on-site and travel (US Citizenship required)
