Develop complex capture plans, lead win strategy sessions, manage the client call plan, and brief capture status to leadership during gate reviews.
Thrive in a dynamic environment managing the full capture life-cycle process across multiple pursuits.
Excel in a matrixed organization, balancing client needs against business goals.
Establish and maintain solid working relationships with technical staff and management.
12+ years of business development, capture management, project and/or program management experience in professional services.
~ Minimum of 8 years of full life-cycle capture management experience, with at least 4 years as a capture manager pursuing opportunities with a total contract value of $100M+.
~ A proven track record of successful capture management across multiple Government & Public Sector agencies.
~ University/Bachelor's Degree.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
