AmeriPath North Texas in Irving is seeking a reference laboratory-based cytopathologist to work with a team of 10 pathologists signing out an interesting variety of gyn biopsies, gyn and non-gyn cytology, breast, prostate and general surgical pathology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Signing out gyn biopsies, gyn and non-gyn cytology, breast, prostate and general surgical pathology
- Collaborating with a team of 10 pathologists
- Providing expert cytopathology and general pathology services
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Accredited pathology residency
- Board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology
- Board certified in Cytopathology
- 2-3 years post residency experience
- Valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in TX or eligible to obtain licensure
- Active privileges in facility where any inpatient work is interpreted
