Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the operation of all plant systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Respond to system failures by taking prompt and effective corrective action to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
  • Complete or assign repairs as needed to ensure that systems are operational and functioning safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plant maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plant systems and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
