The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling Holiday Inn Club Vacation ownership products to prospective purchasers in a professional and ethical manner. Key duties include discovering customers' needs and interests, creating a desire to join the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program through a structured sales presentation, and advising clients on how being a HCV owner will enhance their lives. The successful candidate will address any questions or concerns while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting presentations and tours as trained at scheduled times, highlighting the benefits of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour
  • Attending ongoing training classes, participating in demonstration rides with Sales Managers and/or Sales Training Managers
  • Building relationships with assigned Sales Training Managers and Sales Line Team members, ensuring all questions are answered professionally and informatively
  • Coaching and implementing action plans provided by Sales Training Managers and/or Sales Managers, explaining the features and benefits of the points program and recommending suitable point purchases to meet current and future vacation needs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive sales tour experience, achieving personal and departmental written objectives set throughout the fiscal year
