Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team as a Senior Maintenance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the trades or related fields and be able to perform skilled maintenance and repairs in various areas.

About the Job
This role involves performing a wide range of tasks including maintenance service and repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all facilities are safe and operational. You will work closely with other members of the facilities team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
* Perform skilled maintenance and repairs in various areas including plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, and appliance servicing
* Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions to maintain efficient operations
* Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects
* Ensure that all facilities are safe and operational at all times

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the trades or related fields
* High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or vocational training preferred
* Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience
* Ability to perform skilled work in finish/trim-out construction
* Specializes in drywall finishing, cabinetry, flooring, and laminate repair
* Must have high-quality skills in painting, tile repair, plumbing, and electrical
* Must have a working knowledge of hand and power tools and mechanical aptitude
