Role Overview:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Club Manager and fellow team members to enhance the member experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting prospective members with their enrollment process.
- Resolving membership inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Conducting gym tours for potential members and effectively presenting membership options.
- Utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to connect with customers.
Your daily goal will be to foster relationships with customers, guiding them towards healthier lifestyle choices while achieving club objectives in membership growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:
