Salary

Responsibilities
- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems in residential buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems for longevity and efficiency.
- Inspect electrical components to ensure proper functioning.
- Operate and repair electrical systems to optimize performance.
- Respond promptly to service calls, diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
- Execute planned maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with team members on installation projects for efficient completion.
- Adhere to electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with residents and clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
Hiring Process

- Recruiter from Dawsons Electric will conduct a prescreening call.
- In-person interview with the hiring manager for suitable candidates.

Job Requirements
- Passion for assisting others
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma
- Additional technical education is advantageous
- Prior experience in residential electrical service is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with NEC and electrical codes
- Familiarity with CRM software like Service Titan is beneficial
- Authorization to work in the US is required
