Job Title: Residential Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrician to join our team at Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric Corp.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch electrical services to our residential customers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric Corp. with professionalism and integrity.
  • Properly document call details, including materials needed and/or used.
  • Fulfill the four hats of a service professional, meeting or surpassing metrics and following the Service System process.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the residential electrical industry, preferably with a clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.
Work Environment:

The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work. Employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons, subject to continual interruptions and changing priorities. Effective communication with clients, vendors, co-workers, and others is essential.
