Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Services Manager at DaVita Kidney Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our clinical services to ensure the highest quality patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional directors and facility administrators to identify and develop education and outcome goals, and implement plans to achieve desired results.
  • Conduct facility audits and provide support to facility administrators and regional directors to address deficiencies and improve performance.
  • Assemble and implement training programs to address specific needs and improve knowledge base and meet regulatory and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education to commensurate with RN/LPN license or status as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Bachelor's degree in associated field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years (3 yrs. Preferred) Nephrology Experience.
  • Experience in CQI methodology and techniques preferred.
  • Basic understanding of state and federal regulations and requirements.
  • Experience in teaching the adult learning with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create presentations and use the internet effectively.
  • CNN or CSN, Bonet Certification within 2 years of employment.
  • Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record.
  • Schedule flexibility and the ability to travel required.
