  • Contribute to Global Relay Intelligence & Practice (GRIP) by writing articles, providing editorial feedback, and participating in multimedia content creation.
  • Develop internal training materials to educate non-financial teams on market dynamics and compliance processes.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes by reviewing relevant news sources and sharing insights across the organization.
  • Collaborate on workshops and product pitches during Executive Briefings.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure innovative solutions meet compliance requirements and effectively mitigate risks.

External Duties:

  • Lead industry roundtables, facilitating discussions on evolving compliance practices and attending events to engage with compliance officers.
  • Represent Global Relay as a speaker at industry events, staying informed about market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Utilize your extensive network of regulatory and compliance professionals to promote Global Relay's capabilities and stay updated on market practices.
  • Engage with global regulators, advocating for Global Relay's software solutions to address compliance challenges.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in regulatory or compliance roles within the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of banking and investment fund regulations.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications or advanced degrees (such as a Law degree or CPA) preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS electronic message archiving and compliance solutions in highly regulated industries is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to successful completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Proven success in business development and client management, particularly in driving sales cycles and managing key customer relationships is highly desirable.

Compensation:

Global Relay adheres to pay transparency laws, and the salary range for this role is $150,000—$220,000 USD, in addition to a corporate bonus, extended health benefits, and 401k contributions.
