Position Overview:
Our organization is actively seeking a Lead Cost Analyst for a full-time, permanent role. This position offers flexibility in work location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on profit margins, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory management, including obsolete stock, scrap, yield, and raw material costs on a regular and as-needed basis.
- Develop and oversee the physical inventory and cycle counting procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Investigate discrepancies in cycle counts and resolve issues by tracing back to the root causes.
- Enhance and monitor internal controls related to inventory management, reserves, and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in cost accounting is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in cost analysis and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Excel with a strong analytical aptitude.
- Experience with large ERP systems, preferably SAP.
