At Novul Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cyber Workforce Analyst and Strategic Advisor to join our team. This senior-level position will play a pivotal role in supporting our cyber workforce initiatives, leveraging expertise in data analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance recruitment and retention in key cyber mission areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate analytics for Cyber workforce statutory and policy reporting, integrating with existing data frameworks to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth studies and analyze cyber compensation trends in both private and public sectors, assessing their impact on recruitment and retention.
  • Utilize commercial labor market surveys and DoD workforce data to inform strategic decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach to workforce development.
  • Enhance and maintain analytic capabilities for tracking Cyber personnel and associated positions, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving compensation programs, including the DoD Target Local Market Supplement and other policy oversight initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience in data analysis or analytics, with a focus on workforce or compensation analytics.
  • Proven ability to work on complex assignments, offering innovative solutions with minimal oversight and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with labor market surveys, compensation analysis, and workforce data, particularly within federal or defense sectors.
