Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Collateral Imaging Specialist to join our team at InBank. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for imaging loan files into our FIS Image Centre system, maintaining original loan files, and ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Imaging loan files into the FIS Image Centre system in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date collateral ticklers to ensure timely reporting.
  3. Processing paid loans within established timelines to ensure seamless customer service.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service to lending staff, branch personnel, and loan admin staff.
  5. Staying current with bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferably 1+ years of experience in teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
