Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Collateral Imaging Specialist to join our team at InBank. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for imaging loan files, maintaining collateral ticklers, and processing paid loans in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Imaging loan files into the FIS Image Centre system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintaining collateral ticklers to ensure tickler reports are up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Processing paid loans within regulatory timelines, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service to lending staff, branch personnel, and loan admin staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  5. Staying current with bank financial and security regulations and procedures, embodying InBank's Core Values: Commitment, Innovation, Responsibility, Teamwork, Happiness, and Authenticity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferably 1+ years of experience in teller, new accounts, or loan processing, but not required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
  • Strong attention to detail, decision-making capabilities, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
