Job Title: Business Banking Sales Manager

At Bank OZK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Banking Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth through the acquisition of new business clients and the expansion of existing Business Banking client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of business banking sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize strong credit acumen to assess potential loans and risk, ensuring the bank's assets are protected.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners, fostering long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitor performance regularly, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices, ensuring the bank remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or commensurate work experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business banking sales and client relations, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Two (2) years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
