Sales Executive - National Accounts

Rose Paving LLC is a leading provider of comprehensive parking lot management solutions, catering to commercial and industrial properties across the nation.

  • Asphalt patching
  • Concrete maintenance, including installation and repair of curbs, walks, and pads
  • Storm sewer repair and installation
  • Lot marking

Founded in 1974, Rose Paving LLC operates from its headquarters in Bridgeview, Illinois, with multiple offices strategically located across the country.

We are recognized as industry leaders, supported by a dedicated team of over 600 professionals.

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our national sales team, reporting directly to the Director of National Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from client acquisition to ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide detailed estimates.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Prepare and submit service orders.
  • Analyze project documentation to assist in cost and labor estimations.
  • Engage with clients and subcontractors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Oversee job sites to ensure quality control through regular site visits.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and the Director of National Sales for contract reviews.
  • Participate in training sessions for sales staff.
  • Develop and manage sales goals and business development plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings.
  • Assist in collections from overdue accounts.
  • Foster positive relationships with field and administrative teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of sales experience in a construction or facilities operations environment is preferred.
  • At least two years of outside sales experience is required.
  • Experience in national sales is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in estimating within the paving, landscaping, or construction sectors is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
