Summary
We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to enhance our sales team in the Chicago area.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your role will encompass the entire sales process, from client acquisition and retention to delivering thorough assessments of their requirements and finalizing agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and broaden a qualified client portfolio through diverse marketing initiatives
  • Assess customer requirements and negotiate pricing in accordance with company policies
  • Draft and submit service requests, oversee estimates, and coordinate project specifics
  • Work collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to address challenges and ensure project success
  • Supervise project sites for quality assurance and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders
  • Engage in professional associations and contribute to strategic business development efforts
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging services
  • Support collection efforts and maintain positive interactions with internal teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or relevant experience
  • At least five years of direct sales experience in construction-related sectors
  • Proficiency in interpreting and estimating from blueprints; experience in paving or construction settings is advantageous
  • Strong mathematical, geometric, and communication abilities
  • Prior sales experience within the construction industry is preferred
