We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Parts Authority LLC. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including customer relations, sales, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relations: Work with existing and new customers to generate revenue opportunities for the store and execute plans to take advantage of these opportunities.
- Sales: Handle COD accounts, log lost sales, review and report on sales numbers, manage invoices, review credits, and work with salespeople to visit customers.
- Staff Management: Manage and lead a store team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service and business results.
- Operations: Oversee building maintenance, manage location cleanliness, store security, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales and customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
