Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors at the Johnson County Community College (JCCC) Fitness Center. This role involves managing patron check-ins through the computer system, addressing general inquiries, and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility.Essential Qualifications:
Entry-level support position. Executes routine responsibilities as instructed and under close supervision. Requires a High School Diploma with minimal to no relevant experience.Desired Qualifications:

Position Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:
Welcome and greet visitors at the JCCC Fitness Center and manage incoming phone calls. Process patron check-ins within the JCCC Fitness Center system and accurately identify the appropriate class for those attending a Lifetime Fitness Class. Sanitize and clean all frequently touched surfaces on equipment, wash, dry, and fold towels, replace and empty trash bags in wipe dispensers, and vacuum designated areas. Respond to phone inquiries in a courteous manner and assist callers with various questions. Offer tours of the facility to prospective guests. Maintain and update patron account details. Strive to ensure that guests have a safe and pleasant experience.*Duties and responsibilities may be modified, added, or removed at any time based on business needs, at the discretion of management, either formally or informally, verbally or in writing. Scheduling, shift assignments, and work locations may also be adjusted as necessary.
