Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and manage complex relationships within the CME (Corporate, Municipal, Escrow), CDO (Collateralized Debt Obligation), Structured Finance, IT&C (Institutional Trust & Custody), and Global Fund Services (GFS) sectors.
2. Identify and pursue business opportunities by leveraging in-depth knowledge of client needs, market trends, and existing product offerings.
3. Present tailored investment solutions to both existing and prospective clients, emphasizing the advantages of our services in meeting their financial objectives.
4. Contribute to the formulation and execution of the organization's sales strategy, providing valuable market insights for future planning.
5. Recognize and act on cross-selling opportunities, ensuring appropriate referrals are made.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in institutional fixed income sales or corporate trust services.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of fixed income products and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of economic and financial principles.
- Proven relationship management and business development skills.
- Well-honed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing high-value transactions and significant workloads.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for a minimum of three days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
